Excellent food programme, a strong sense of community within the office, lots of office socials (pre-Covid-19), a calm whilst exciting atmosphere in the office, lots of space for creativity. Great salary and lovely colleagues.

Cons

There aren't enough career development opportunities. The business is doing a lot of work on diversity and belonging, but still there is disproportionate representation of the BAME community in the office.
