      Great culture and business with some growing pains

      Pros

      Company culture is to fundamentally do good. I'm in a mid-level senior role, and I see these values being reflected on a day-to-day basis.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company transitioning into maturity, there are reorgs / leadership changes that were sorely needed. The changes are just starting to take place and some growing pains resulting from that, but personally excited for what this company can achieve with the new leadership team.

      Great company but avoid guest facing roles

      Pros

      -Great work environment. The offices are great and the people that work there are young and fun - Many benefits such as airbnb credits and more vacation days compared to most north american companies -Great culture and values -Good food - Free gym

      Cons

      Guest facing roles are under a lot of pressure and face high goals. The systems that are in place often limit us from performing as well as expected and this is rarely taken into consideration. Schedules can be quite inconvenient as well but there is an effort to improve them. Goals tend to be unrealistic and only few can meet them. All in all there is a lot of changes that will on the long term help improve the situation for guest facing employees (better systems are being put in place, schedules are slowly getting steadier) but this might be to the detriment of the start up feel of the company.
