Pros
Everyone so friendly whether it’s cleaning staff/ senior management and all above and inbetween, it’s amazing to see how everyone fits the lovely culture of Airbnb. The food program is amazing! Healthy breakfast buffets, healthy dinners and a healthy snack program along with baristas machines (you can get barista lessons!) and every type of tea you can think of! Nice snack program too! Friendly team meetings once a months where the company keeps you in the loop of what’s happening. Genuinely nice place to work! Great happy hours and events!
Cons
Not much of a wellness program aside from gym classes (which are great if you’re into that type of thing). Would love a few visiting on site services as per other multinationals. Hard to get a proper meeting room.
