+The company is growing quickly, but with intention. There are a lot of great opportunities to learn, take on leadership roles (both technical and in management) and learn how a company operates at this stage. +Very entrepreneurial. If you have a good idea, you can implement it. Processes aren't sacred and there's still chaos, which causes a lot of opportunity for self-starters. +Great benefits and perks. Compensation isn't the highest in the industry, but it's competitive.

Cons

- If you're someone who needs a really structured environment, this isn't the place for you. To be successful at Airbnb, you have to ask a lot of questions and learn by doing.
