Pros
The scheduling is alright. They have adapted a 4 day work week 3 days off. They also have adapted 3 days on 4 days off.
Cons
The culture is toxic. Revolving door type. Won’t pay to keep their experience would rather they leave. People will leave and come back a year later and the company will pay them a lot more for returning with more/ different experience. Line maintenance gets raises extremely frequently but the guys in the hangars get a raise once or twice a year. Bonuses are constantly ignored/ don’t happen for varying reasons. They won’t flex for anything. New hirers come in at much higher rate then their retained employees. Example someone came in at 25. No license nothing. Just one year of experience total in the industry. They got people have been there 3 going on 4 years that don’t make that much and are in the 20s. The skill set is completely different. The more experienced are very under appreciated and under paid. When you get a license it’s sell sell sell the work you did and sign for other peoples work that you didn’t see done.
