      Fully paid health care for employee and family Fully paid STD, LTD and Life insurance Good vacation to start with - 2 weeks for first year goes up 4 weeks after + 12 days of sick leave + 13 holidays (includes all major holidays and total shutdown from Christmas thru New years) Very decent bonus and annual salary review 13.25% of your salary as 401k match (3%) + retirement contribution (10.25%) for employees - unheard of in any industry
