      Great benefits, advancement of minorities

      Cons

      They waste time and energy using outdated processes. They have a hard time listening to new ideas and feel threatened when employees of lower rank offer new ideas.

      Pros

      I found Airbus to be a great place to work. I was always treated as a valued member of a team. The competency level of my peers was of the highest level. The management team was great to work for and provided good two-way communication with the subordinates. The facility was the best I've ever experienced. The benefits package was also the best I've ever been provided with.

      Cons

      I really do not have any negative comments to make regarding my time there.

      Responsible corporation. Quality and safety focus. Good benefits for employees. Good product line and sales group. Stable work environment. Flexible hours.

      Limited opportunity for advancement. Lack of performance recognition. Poor communication between management and employees. Limitied tele-commuting opportunities.
