      Pros

      The people and laid back environment

      Cons

      Clickish; they cater to who they know/like and have history with; Mngmt more concerned about saving pennies in ridiculous redundant areas rather than the actual quality of the product; concerned with doing ONLY what the UK bosses want and not standing up for the Wichita office; would rather cut corners is the forefront of the philosophy-not the 'product'

      If you're looking for a stable job where you can go in, do your work, and go home, then this is the place for you! Great benefits and vacation.

      Cons

      Very hard to advance within the company. It seems you have to leave and then come back or switch divisions in order to see any real advancement.
