Cons

At Airbus, black workers and other workers of color are monitored more than white workers and terminated at a higher rate than white workers. Airbus tries to appear inclusive, but they still enact racist managerial practices that presume black, and minority workers are less competent and cannot be trusted with completing tasks.

Very little management over site when it comes to even the most complicated tasks. All employees are welcome to do things how they see fit.

Cons

No training, no career progression, no real performance reviews, everything is just a block to be checked because HR says we have too. Could be great with more innovative mangers and some sort of direction.

The salary was decent there I suppose.

Cons

Management has no clue. They have laid off and sold off most all assets and infrastructure with a reorganization plan to peruse business that they have no experience or expertise. Although some have been there for quite sometime, senior level management is the most under experienced technically and business of any company I have ever worked for.... good luck........
