11yThanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We try very hard not to make promises we can't keep, and we have paid generous bonuses every year but one out of the past twelve. They are prorated for the first year based on time worked. We try to accommodate requests for specific seating arrangements, but that's not always possible. We are proud of our workspace, which is spacious and pleasant. We like to encourage our employees to be available for customers and to interact with one another and we feel that headphones distract from those efforts. It sounds like the job was not a fit if you were falling asleep and found it "monotonous" Best of luck in your career search.
