      Pros

      Initial pay offer was subpar but don't expect to advance anywhere up in this company. Not much else to say here.

      Cons

      During the interview process they seem like a great company with high value and advanced IT infrastructure. They talk up a good game but the fact is they have old outdated and out of support Infrastructure. They use some devices you would purchase at a Walmart and expect you to support it. Management is horrible and barely knows what they have for infrastructure and are very unprofessional, they have a tendency to yell at their employees during zoom meetings in front of other team members. If you’re looking for a supportive environment there is none here, no team support at all and everyone is treated like they are contractors and not employees. If you enjoy working in IT and are looking for a stable workplace this is NOT the place. They have a high IT turnover rate and there is a reason for that.
