      You work every weekend on dated technology

      Pros

      Nice office and easy commute. People are nice.

      Cons

      The tech is dated and weekend work happens frequently and Ill timed. I worked probably 300 hours of weekend work in the time I spent there that was always uncompensated. They also make you work 9 hour days and expect you to work through lunch. Things like being 5 minutes late are frowned upon after you stayed up working till 3am the night before. This place will burn you out and is a border line labor law violation.

      Absolutely 0 focus or concern for retention, tenured employees leaving en masse, lack of hiring/training initiatives, unqualified operational leadership, unethical financial practices with corporate clients, low pay for expected work/responsibilities, 0 work/life balance
