Pros

There are no plus points for working in this company. Very very cliquish and this is encouraged. Management is rude and at the time I was there my manager excelled at public embarrassment while You were in training. Aires prides themselves on their own form of software that allows them to micro manage all aspects of a move, and implies to the client that this is to their benefit, while in reality it is so Aires capitalizes on every aspect of a move and this is whether they are the experts in that field or not. Employees receive on average communication from corporate on what billing needs to be completed so that specific cash input is accounted for. A consultants responsibility becomes focused on bill rather than client service. The only employees that receive advancement in the company are those who run with management. Seriously, worse than my worst day in high school.

Cons

Caseloads average from 30 to 359 depending on relationships with managements.

Pros

Really nice people on the front lines. The worker-bee level folks build bonds because we are all in the trenches together. You can possibly earn work from home days.

Cons

Management teams have no management training or experience. If you are into bullying, aggressive, demeaning, disrespectful communication and management tactics, you will certainly have a promising career here. Entry- level employees are expected to “mentor” new employees(at same pay rate) so the company cuts costs in hiring proper training support.

Pros

They hire good people, too bad they crush them with so much work people are looking for another job soon after they start

Cons

The process and technology is not as great as they think it is. It is convoluted and they pile so much work on you that it's impossible to manage your caseload in a 40 hour workweek. IMPOSSIBLE. And if you aren't getting it all done, they tell you you need to learn to "manage your desk better."
