      Pros

      Entry level / Middle level employees are often fun to work with, free food often, and there is free parking.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standards and it's a very cliquey environment, which means you are either "in" or "out" and it's felt. Employees are not treated equal. Anyone with a 6 figure+ salary can tell you what to do/how to do your job, regardless of role. Some employees are allowed to continue working from home while others are not, while working in the same department. Your actual job duties are much more than what's listed in the job description. Very very client focused, meaning you will work any number of hours over 40 (unpaid) to do whatever the client is asking for or needs.
