Friendly coworkers- poor pay and very stressful

Pros

Some coworkers are nice and friendly, also lots of free food. Food is probably what they do best.

Cons

False time frames for promotions, new medical plan sucks, everyone there is overworked and stressed out. They don't care if you can handle your caseload or not, because no one can. They don't measure results for certain positions, so some people work harder than others and it doesn't matter. Promotions seem to be more based on how long you've been there then actual hard work and results. Don't expect to be paid much either. Everyone works late and not for much; working through lunch is expected.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has felt so negative, particularly during your first year with the company. Regarding our Remote/Hybrid work policy, we base in-office requirements upon whether employees live within a 50-mile radius of the office. However, there are occasionally circumstances such as medical accommodations which we work through our benefit carriers to determine how best to support employees in those situations. Each of these situations remain confidential. We take concerns around training, communication, and workplace culture very seriously. Our intent is for all employees, especially those in the early stages of onboarding, to feel supported, respected, and set up for success. It is for this reason that we have structured our onboarding process to include regular check-in surveys at key milestones throughout their first year to identify and address issues like the ones you’ve described as early as possible. If these concerns were not raised or if they were and you felt they were not adequately addressed, we are sorry to hear that but would welcome the opportunity to engage with you to help alleviate any issues that you may be experiencing. You can reach out to our HR team through our private email address, PeopleXConfidential@aires.com. Open dialogue is important to us, and feedback such as this helps us continue to improve. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and very much look forward to the opportunity to work with you to improve your employee experience.
