Very toxic environment, many complaints to hr which went unaddressed. Very cliquish and next to no training. Aires is more interested in billing, everyday you get your expected billing numbers to meet . If you meet numbers your reward is to be able to wear jeans for a day. Training was sub par at best. Caseloads were literally dumped on certain people with no communication from Prior consultant. Some people are allowed to carry smaller caseloads and watch movies part time. Management says they need time to correct things and it takes a few months to streamline. Employees do not get the same graciousness to get up to speed.
