Hello, Thank you for leaving your feedback on your time with Aires. We agree that the people are the absolute best part of working for Aires and we always welcome the opportunity to connect with them whether they be current or former employees. While we do our best to ensure that management is keyed in on the day to day struggles our teams are going through there is always room for improvement. Just in the past year we have been making strides toward improving our connection with our workforce. For example, in January we launched a revamped new hire onboarding program with incremental touch-points and surveys that allow team members to reach out and let us know what is working and what could use some work. Negative feedback is never easy to share but we want our teams to feel safe sharing it when need be. We also would like to invite you to connect offline in order to share more on your experience. You can reach us at HR@aires.com or if you would prefer more privacy you can use PeopleXConfidential@aires.com. We hope to talk soon! Thank you.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are glad that you have enjoyed the hybrid work model, bonus, and other perks related to your role with us. On the other hand, we are sad to hear about the struggles you have had and hope for the opportunity to address each issue. Regarding your manager, we have recently implemented a new training program for managers as well as changed our onboarding process to help equip our managers as best as possible. Unfortunately, we also understand that not every manager is the right fit for every employee. In these instances, our recommendation is to communicate any issues with the manager and if you don't feel comfortable addressing them directly please contact PeopleX first and we will help guide you through the conversation. Over the last year we have invested heavily in expanding our training program to make it as streamlined and beneficial to our employees as possible. We understand that our training may seem long, but relocation is a very niche industry and we feel it is better to spend the time equipping our teams with the information that will help them to succeed where there are many moving pieces. The last two issues you mention go hand in hand as our staffing only added to workload issues. Last year our recruiting team added over two-hundred new employees worldwide with the intent to have everyone effectively trained to help reduce the strain on tenured employees. Aires is always looking to improve on current processes and we welcome any ideas or input. If you would like to connect offline to have a longer conversation we would greatly appreciate it.
