      Some positions are really stressful but once you get past the learning curve things get easier to manage.

      Pros

      Really a great company to work for, great people and management. Aires really puts time into helping employees grow and understand such a complex industry. Lots of incentives to preform better like jeans days and a nice year end bonus, holiday company parties, popcorn on every payday, and monthly birthday celebrations. The company is growing like crazy, which provides great opportunity for career advancement.

      Cons

      Interdepartmental communication can be an issue at times, and sometimes the systems are slow which causes issues in performance, but usually they are fixed quickly.

      Great place, good people, professional yet laid back office style. Regular company meetings. Rewards when monetary goals are met. The promotion rate is almost 20%!

      Cons

      Need a better 401k program. Need more employees in certain areas of the company. Need to evaluate employees more before hiring.
