      Unrealistic expectations, very stressful

      The salary, benefits and bonuses were good.

      Unpaid overtime was inevitable. Too many clients assigned to Relocation Specialists and Program Managers. When working 10-12 hours a day you are told you have "poor time management skills". Funny, I've never been told that before in my 33 years of employment. Cubicle nightmare, couldn't leave fast enough although I did try to stick it out for over 2 years, hoping it would get better. Most colleagues were great and helpful, but Team Leader was lazy and had the easiest workload (one client, domestic moves only) I couldn't take it any more. They'd have these "rah rah" meetings but then you'd see colleagues balling in the bathroom or their sad little cubicle from the stress.
