Enjoyed working with some of my colleagues.

You will start off rigorously training and have tons of information thrown at you and then without notice, be thrust into a ridiculous caseload and expected to keep your head above water without much guidance from your team lead. I was only with Aires for a year and had about 275 files on their top producing client and was expected to keep up with the caseload and being pulled left and right on a daily basis, while making < 43k per year. They will overwork you and underpay you to the end.

None. Toxic environment,favoritism and discrimination.

Cons

Very toxic environment, many complaints to hr which went unaddressed. Very cliquish and next to no training. Aires is more interested in billing, everyday you get your expected billing numbers to meet . If you meet numbers your reward is to be able to wear jeans for a day. Training was sub par at best. Caseloads were literally dumped on certain people with no communication from Prior consultant. Some people are allowed to carry smaller caseloads and watch movies part time. Management says they need time to correct things and it takes a few months to streamline. Employees do not get the same graciousness to get up to speed.
