      If you want to work like a dog for mediocre pay, AIRES is the place for you!

      Pros

      Growing company - less chance for layoffs Semi-decent benefits package Flexible hours at times If you meet quotas you can wear jeans on Fridays

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate due to the massive workload put on employees. 10 + hour work days - most employees eat lunch while working, if they take lunch at all. Management makes promises to clients that CANNOT be kept by the workforce. Executive management is completely out of touch with the critical backlog of work and the unhappiness of employees.

      The London office is a great place to work. Managers and the rest of the team are very supportive. The company offers good flexibility and the culture is the best I have worked for.

      The work can be busy and stressful but there is always someone to help
