Horrible management in the Total Access Sales Dept. Benefit package is a ripoff. Commissions taxed at an unfair rate.

Management is bad

Pros

The pay is good plus they feed you from time to time.

Cons

Middle management seems lost and they are trying to figure out what they should be doing. They change schedules too frequently (will change with less than a week notice). They do not seem to care about you, just the customers.
