Consistent hours, colleagues. Almost everything else about the job.

Cons

Everything at airgas is good, that is until you ask for the incremental raises which are promised to you when your hired, New hires come in making the same or sometimes more than current high performing employees. We all go to work for pay, so to be mislead by the company is certainly a problem. Finger pointing is a real problem within airgas, specifically targeted toward the drivers. Managers at a local level do what they can to back the drivers but it's like a constant slanging "accusations" match.

Great at training their employees. They really give you the resources to become successful at the tasks at hand. Great pay and Benefits.

Poor upper management. Do not stand behind promises. Lots of turnover.

Pros

Good Pay, good hours. Will get a bonus every now and then . They furnish uniforms and work boots. Brand new trucks.

Cons

Poor management. They have lots of rules for safety that go way too far. They had an employee spy on locations to catch them doing wrong.
