      Pros

      Very supportive enviornment. Airgas invests heavily in YOU. Excellent long term outlook and growth potential. Easy to get involved and learn, autonomy as a new employee..just need to be proactive

      Cons

      Sometines work longer hours.. but by choice. I do this to absorb as much knowledge as possible for the 9 month process.

      Poor direction with management

      Pros

      Good job to visit customers. good sales position for resume. A lot of nice people.

      Cons

      Depending on who is AVP, budgets can be impossible to attain. If you have a successful year the following will not be. Lots of miles on personal vehicle and not compesated properly. Management seems scatter brained and the sales goals change to frequently. Too many changes in management as well. Store locations fight with outside sales and make working conditions difficult.

      Great Health Benefits!! Great options priced reasonably.

      Cons

      Under paid collectors with the monthly hope of getting a descent bonus that is ridiculously low after getting 1 good month of a bonus.
