Driver appreciation week they do nothing...maybe a biscuit and a bs speech. They care not...understaffed plenty of mgt tho ! No bonuses no help stay where u are

- There was always work - Lot's of options for overtime - It was a very easy job, mentally, physically is was hard but in a good way, if you like to get out and work hard. - I took full advantage of buying company stock at a discounted rate and made some good money that way. - The job is what it is, if you are looking for a stable employment with a somewhat descent living it is a great place to work.

Cons

- Did not notice much room for growth - Doing extras around the plant was not appreciated by management - It is physical, in the end I hurt my back and quit and went back to to school.

Great hours, nice Co workers (most of them), good amount of cross training,

Cons

False promises prior to hire, bonus program is stupid we are paired up with a union fill plant who seem to not care about bulk losses and saving money because they don't get any bonuses. Manager seem to pick favorites <-- brown nosers
