      Airgas gives you an opportunity to display your hard work and discipline skills daily as you treat cylinders with such care. They constantly preach safety and make sure your comfortable environment

      Cons

      Their are several hazardous materials in the warehouse which can be dangerous if you don't take the proper precautions. Gas can be very dangerous if you don't know the proper way to handle also

      Stable, consistent workplace with solid overall leadership. Decentralized structure provides autonomy for managing at a local level.

      Cons

      Weak internal talent management efforts; relatively slow advancement pace - many up-and-coming leaders leave for outside opportunities rather than waiting.
