It's a job. The people I worked with were nice

Cons

You are promised things before being hired and they don't come through. Raises not given. Missed after 3 month, no review.... no raise as promised. Horrible training. A lot of finger pointing and blaming everyone else

There is a complete lack of training, no oversight on management & you feel like a number instead of a valued employee. Including getting written up for taking your own sick time.
