The work load is very conducive to a work life balance. The benefits are pretty typical for a corporation.

Cons

The insurance cost are high for what you get but the benefits are not terrible. Can be hard to find all of your benefits such as employee discounts for services such as Verizon.

Management uses who ever they can get thier hands on, they program they employees like robots, to work while thier off the grounds, they only stay on watch to see when thier gettin odditid, very unsafe, old machinery, constant break downs, everyone runs from the labor, good employees leave and never look back, management press you for bigg outcome with little to work with, tell you to do things that they will never do, they pay for laborers that they never return after first date, Place needs 100% make over, not safe at all, floor leaders do more work on thier phones than paying attention to whats goin on in plant, hard workers are abused, and force out,
