Business Outlook
Pros
Airrosti attracts higher quality employees than any other place that I've worked. I loved their hiring process. I made a lot of friends. Honestly the people you could surround yourself with.
Cons
Not a lot of potential for growth within the company for ACP's. Treatment is great for the patients, not so much for the providers hands. It can be very chaotic, one day you'll be walking into the office to find out that your patients appointments have been cancelled and you'll be covering for someone else across town. At first you'll be okay with it, because you're a team player, but it takes you away from treating your patients at no fault to them or your own.
