They Get "Culture" Right

Pros

Very positive atmosphere, they are very picky about who they hire for this very reason. No negativity, fantastic work perks and the fact that you're working toward helping fix people makes working at Airrosti a delight.

Cons

Sometimes it rains outside. Not the place for someone who wouldn't appreciate being surrounded by fitness minded people. Red Bull in the fridge instead of Monster Energy.

The people here are amazing to work with and truly care about the mission of getting people back in action. They are willing to work with you and your schedule and realize we all have lives outside of work. We are always looking for ways to improve and management is willing to try new things for the betterment of the company.

Cons

Things move very fast with the new opportunities that arise so you have to be flexible when things change last minute.
