STAY CLEAR OF THE PATIENT ADVOCATE TEAM!! The micromanaging is off the charts in this company on top of the already poor communication the department has. Bad leadership continues to create a rapid employee turnover, low morale, constant stressors, and even bullying. You will never be recognized for your performance as they only give promotions to their favorites, no matter how useless and bad at their job the employee is. Management has no idea what your daily work is like, or how to perform our basic functions but pretend they know better on how to do things while pressuring more productivity out of you, even if not humanly possible. The job expectations are unrealistic. Constantly short staffed because they keep firing or bullying/intimidating people into quitting and then those that have no other alternative but stay are stretched thin because they just want less employees doing more work to save the company more money. If you try to speak up about your overwhelming workload they will gaslight you saying it's "new efficiencies to make your jobs easier". Don't even bother to go to HR for any concerns as they blindly go for what management makes them believe without listening to the employees side. They literally fired a person for no good reason and didn't even allow that person to respond to the accusations. They will write you up for the most trivial of things to cover their behinds with HR, ruin your good record, and then fire you the next day. I can also see they're trying to do damage control by having their lousy management spam good reviews on here. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES! You can get the same job and toxic management in another place but with better pay and better benefits to at least make it worth your while.
