You get a chance to positively impact patients on a daily basis and get paid well to do so. You are not just an employee, but are genuinely cared about by your colleagues.

Pros

Hands down best chiropractic starting salary and benefit you can ask for. But there is a ceiling of politics that really stop you from getting past that point.

Cons

Extremely political. At the end of the day Airrosti is about Airrosti. Going to the annual corporate makes me feel like I'm selling Mary Kay. Also the outcomes and statistics they put out there are ridiculously inaccurate, not sure how they get away with that.
