Young company, with a lot of opportunities for job growth. The company seems to be expanding rapidly. Positive company culture that promotes healthy living and many fun company-wide events.

Pros

Very supportive HQ and regional staff. Good benefits. Flexible and understanding when life changes to work with you and support you as best they can. Decent pay for what the CRS job requirements are.

Cons

Unless you have a desire to work in the business development side of the company, there is very little room for growth, especially if you are more clinically-minded. That being said, management is aware of that and is looking to resolve the issue. There will always be things that could be better in any company, but the pros far outweigh the cons.
