Pros

- Their hiring process is rigorous because they're hiring for fit: as a result, everyone hired shares a real enthusiasm for the mission, and has a great attitude. - Team spirit is alive and well: there is no gossip, the doctors help each other out all the time even for events that aren't right next to their practice, because they know what goes around truly does come around. - On the business development side of things, this is the best product or service to promote: we change people's lives by getting them out of pain and save them money in the process. So easy to get behind. - This company, especially its leadership team, is made up of real people who care about its people - point blank. If you are earnest, you are supported. My managers ask me every month how they can support me better, and deliver. - We're poised for growth. - Systems are organized and easy to use: everything from setting up your health insurance, ordering more brochures, submitting a PTO request, to expensing mileage, has a stupid-easy system set up for it. - Roles are defined: my role is clear and objectives are attainable. I am not expected to weigh in on all other departments, but Airrosti knows everyone here has great ideas and listens to input across the board.

Cons

- The hiring process is rigorous. - I am struggling to come up with more to say to hit the 20 word minimum in this text field.

Pros

Management actually cares - about the employees, about the patients, about creating a successful company - all of it. Things aren't perfect (are they anywhere), but my desire for things to improve doesn't make me management's enemy. In fact, they are very welcoming of thoughtful suggestions for areas that could improve. Also, employees support one another. Most folks who work for Airrosti really want to do a great job and so they work very hard to make sure that the number one goal of taking care of patients is getting done.

Cons

It's a new company and there are growing pains. There's a lot that's very good, but there are things that we are still figuring out. But I can confidently say that management works hard to avoid mistakes and even harder to fix them when they happen. Some areas don't have a lot of room for growth, but we are working to make options.

Pros

The foundation of what we do is to help patients get their life back and get out of pain and i love the fact we keep our focus on the patient as we grow as an organization. The opportunity to work with so many talented individuals on the clinical and support sides make it enjoyable to come to work each day.

Cons

The difficulty in educating the public and other medical colleagues on the care we provide and the value of its effectiveness is challenging. This takes a fair amount of resources to grow the base of understanding in a marketplace.
