- work life balance - people are amazing - product is cool and constantly evolving

Cons

- turnover of teams can be high (covid plays a role) - size of company means a lot of strategy shifts (need to be adaptable)

Pros

-Friendly staff and coworkers who support each other. The company is very collaborative. We have meetings several times a week which help get everyone on the right track, and they are open to people asking questions (even the intro sales reps). -Management is very approachable, and everyone is excited and motivated to revamp the company. They are very clear about what overall goals we are trying to reach together and how we can support each other to get there. -We get catered lunch once a week and outings every once in a while -Able to work from home if you are not able to come into the office that day -Unlimited Vacation -Good Benefits - Medical, Vision & Dental

No 401K Match San Francisco office doesn't have a gym or massage therapists like it states on website, that is only at the headquarters in Portland
