Pros

Great opportunity to work with today's best brands (many are already clients) Collaborative environment with easy executive access Management is focused on the right direction to maintain market leadership Lots of market and analyst validation High tenure in key teams/positions Have made the right pivots and expansions in recent years, making it a great time to join and not have to go through growing pains

Cons

Increasing competition in SMB and Mid-market has created a lot of distracting noise for buyers, but also validation of our offering and space.

Pros

They promote from within whenever possible, good growth opportunities. Ability to contribute to the overall health of the company as an individual is great given their size.

Cons

Uncertainty on long term company direction from E-staff. Lack of visibility into strategy and long-term positioning made me a bit uncomfortable hanging around.
