Unlimited PTO (only good if your department has the staff to support the time off), Coffee, Snacks, Company paid lunches

Leadership staff does not embody the culture they are preaching Favoritism Very little job growth Definite pay gap

Pros

The product is cool and that is about it.

Cons

Very bad leadership. It feels like a boys club and even if you are a boy then someone is trying to get you fired. I have heard of more than a few "coos" that were planned to take specific people out. Each department attacks another to deflect on their own performance issues. You feel as though you cannot trust leadership, they do not seem to have your back and seem so removed that they believe whatever is put in their ear. It's so bad that all of the great employees are leaving because of a few bad "legacy" eggs.

Unfortunately, the person who provided this review left under poor circumstances and didn't share these concerns prior to leaving. Airspace encourages all team members to communicate transparently with all leadership to address any team member concerns. Pros

Unlimited PTO - which has been eliminated Remote work

Cons

Everything! Beautiful office and some great employees but the loyalty is everything but that. 4 Layoffs in less than a year, mismanagement of finances, everything is done on a (I hope this works) basis. Male driven (so ladies don't even attempt to get ahead). Benefits were great until they were eliminated one by one. They put on a show at first that they care and are looking towards you advancing but then you learn very quickly that dream comes to a crushing halt.
