Pros

One of the things I love about Airspace is the people. So many different personalities and everyone gets along and is here for the next person if they have questions or want to bounce ideas off of someone. All of the execs have an open door policy so you are able to go talk to any of them like you'd talk to anyone else in the company. Very welcoming.

Cons

Sometimes culture workshops can feel a little forced.

Pros

-Supportive team environment that stresses the importance of culture and team member wellness -Managers listen to team members and try to create policies/procedures that help to resolve issues -Very fast paced and upbeat. It's never boring here. -Free lunches on Tues/Thurs and unlimited snacks -Good people that are fun to be around. Team members seem to be happy to be here, so they have a healthy mentality and are positive.

Cons

-Personal downside is the commute for me. Not an Airspace thing, I just am not currently located in North County SD

There are so many great things to share about Airspace! I have been with the company for nearly 3 years, and I can honestly say that I enjoy working for such a great company. From the free lunches to the amazing perks and benefits offered, Airspace does such a great job of showing employee appreciation. I enjoy working with such a passionate team, it's been so awesome to see the team grow in size. Excited to see what occurs this next year!

Cons

There can be lots of changes at a time, but it is normal when a company is constantly growing in size.
