Pros

In office setting is very professional. Snacks offered snacks. Majority of the operations team are hard workers.

Cons

Poor management, did not take feedback well. Spent money on lavish things and still had to have about 5 rounds of layoffs.

- The company's transparency is excellent, frequent all hands meetings, regular slack updates with all the numbers of how things are going, access to execs if you ever needed anything. - Good benefits (not the best I ever had, but very respectable) - The people and company are very causal. Ive never had to worry about politics here which is great. - Good work life balance. Unlimited PTO has never been restrictive to me. Plenty of holidays. No insane deadlines for working late.

Cons

like everywhere, there has been layoffs in the last couple of years. Culture has shifted to be a bit quieter as a result.
