Pros

The company is directly helping people's lives and solving really cool problems. The company is always growing and has really impressive customers. Compensation is strong and the office is great here in Carlsbad (fun snacks, free lunches, free gym, etc.,)

Cons

Lots of growth means lots of things changing and moving; For the finance team, that means it sometimes feels like we are underwater. There are new challenges which is fun but always new work hitting out plates

There are many learning opportunities at this global company. I get hands-on experience across various functions. I also have an outstanding, supportive manager who consistently teaches and guides me through different processes.

Cons

There are so many opportunities to get involved across different areas that it can sometimes be challenging to prioritize, but it has helped me build a broad skill set quickly.
