      Pros

      The product has potential in the space, if the teams could delivery on the given expectations they lay for themselves.

      Cons

      It seems like there is a special group of people derailing the progress of the entire company at Airspace. I have never seen people specifically targeted in their roles, (for making progress and great contribution), and groups collaborating to effectively get the targeted person to leave, or be fired from the company. There is a lot of talk of progress, proper culture, psychological safety, and when you arrive, in action- you are confronted with the exact opposite, inappropriate behavior. I think we all wanted to believe in this company and it's leadership, then the vast majority of leadership was lost or let go, all executives that were making a big difference in the trajectory- it crushes the overall well being of the employees. If you're looking for any form of reasonable expectations, healthy collaboration, or work like balance, you will not find that here. There is upward mobility, because the turnover rates are astronomical.

      Honestly an amazing place to work

      Tons of upward mobility, leaders who are ultra-transparent, and a very cool mission (saving lives!!)

      Cons

      Not quite as crazy with the amenities as a typical Silicon Valley startup, growing super fast so things can get hectic at times

      RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY

      The product is cool and that is about it.

      Cons

      Very bad leadership. It feels like a boys club and even if you are a boy then someone is trying to get you fired. I have heard of more than a few "coos" that were planned to take specific people out. Each department attacks another to deflect on their own performance issues. You feel as though you cannot trust leadership, they do not seem to have your back and seem so removed that they believe whatever is put in their ear. It's so bad that all of the great employees are leaving because of a few bad "legacy" eggs.

      Unfortunately, the person who provided this review left under poor circumstances and didn't share these concerns prior to leaving. Airspace encourages all team members to communicate transparently with all leadership to address any team member concerns.
