Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our benefits and office perks! We love our offices so much, we are expanding in Carlsbad and Dallas! Our marketing team previously took a traditional, corporate marketing approach and we agree, this wasn’t the right structure to fuel growth. Our team has since transitioned to focus on full-funnel growth while partnering closely with our product, engineering, revenue, and data teams. Our international expansion and year over year growth has fueled the need for a true sales partner! Please reach out to the People Team at peopleteam@airspace.com if you’d like to share any details about your experience. Thank you for your contribution to Airspace and we wish you all the best.

Pros

-Free lunch on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Weekends -The people who work there are cool. -Opportunities for advancement within the company before hiring from outside That's a nice perk. -Benefits Eligible Day 1. -There are free snacks.

Cons

-You are promised false promises before even starting there. You are promised reviews every 90 days with possibility of a raise at that period. Instead, reviews are every 6 months. They also pay less than the rest of the market, and expect people to work harder. -"Unlimited PTO" is worse than just having 2 or 3 weeks a year. If you request a holiday off months in advance, forget it. If you need a day off here or there, they force you to find coverage even though they are management and know everybody's schedules. Also, management picks favorites and allows others to take multiple weeks off a year while others struggle to get any time off whatsoever. -Management picks favorites. Be prepare to have this happen. They treat everyone differently, and constantly micromanage. I constantly felt like I was being targeted by management. -This job is essentially a glorified call center. You do not get paid enough to deal with angry clients, clueless drivers, and agents that can't follow directions. Everything you do at this company also has to do with your phone metrics. If you are getting blasted via call, they expect you to handle that, there is literally no time to breathe. Raises/Promotions are determined based off phone calls, not actual performance (Coming in early, staying late, coming in on days off, etc.) -Management claims they care about you and work life balance, but if you have a medical issue or have a family member with a medical issue, they will tell you to your face that work matters more than life or family. -New people get priority on the good schedules, while the company veterans get cast aside and get the schedules that no one else wants, unless management likes you. You are severely underpaid for the jobs you have to do, and the amount of stress you accumulate. Most people are relieved to leave for the day, and overall while the people who work there are great, so many are blindly loyal to management. If you speak up about management and feel like you're being treated unfairly, they will fire you. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST!

Pros

There are some incredible folks who work here who are truly passionate about the product and the company. The company perks are also really cool.

Cons

Even though they still classify as a “start up”, it seems like that’s been an excuse for recent years to do things very quickly without thinking them through. I witnessed many great employees leaving due to the shift in culture and the sudden/rash decision making. It really seems like a wonderful place to work until you see the politics going on behind the scenes. I really hope they’re able to take some advice and get the culture back to how it was.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We agree that our people make the difference at Airspace! We're glad to hear that you had a pleasant experience working with your teammates and were surrounded by talented people. With so many development projects in flight, the environment can indeed be fast-paced and we understand that it's not for everyone. Transparent communication is key to upholding our core value of One Team during this period of rapid growth. We empower and encourage all team members to provide transparent, radically candid feedback when something's not going well; we’re disappointed that we did not hear from you sooner. Thank you for your contribution to Airspace. Feel free to reach out to us if we can resolve any outstanding issues or concerns.
