-Hands-down, some of the most brilliant, nicest people I've ever worked with -An amazing space to work in...time critical logistics gives employees an opportunity to literally save lives (we move organs!) -If you're not from logistics, you can learn quickly and this is a hot space -Leadership team genuinely does care and takes the time to listen...recent hires have been amazing and are really making a difference -Benefits and perks are top-notch (they have a nespresso machine and free lunches twice a week!) -Took covid seriously and had a check-in app

Cons

-Tech team needs some work...amazing talent and senior senior leadership, but opportunity with middle management -Seems like some execs are running the show and hard to know whether the show is going the way it should -Comp can be below market depending on role...they use San Diego vs. focusing more on tech talent and now it's mostly tech WFH so location shouldn't matter, but it does here -The space is amazing but it's small so company will have to really push into new spaces too

Pros

One of the things I love about Airspace is the people. So many different personalities and everyone gets along and is here for the next person if they have questions or want to bounce ideas off of someone. All of the execs have an open door policy so you are able to go talk to any of them like you'd talk to anyone else in the company. Very welcoming.

Cons

Sometimes culture workshops can feel a little forced.

Pros

-Supportive team environment that stresses the importance of culture and team member wellness -Managers listen to team members and try to create policies/procedures that help to resolve issues -Very fast paced and upbeat. It's never boring here. -Free lunches on Tues/Thurs and unlimited snacks -Good people that are fun to be around. Team members seem to be happy to be here, so they have a healthy mentality and are positive.

Cons

-Personal downside is the commute for me. Not an Airspace thing, I just am not currently located in North County SD
