Okay this is really why I am writing this review. To make sure you understand the risks of seeking employment with this company. This company is poorly run and started with the CEO making terrible decisions. The first major mistake was the CEO was unrealistic about how he could grow his company and he hired too many people. His failure led to layoffs of about 6-8 people in December 2016, when the company was just starting. After laying them off he held a meeting and talked about "A-team players" and how he believed that everyone still there were "A-team players."What's sad is that he had moved some of these people from out of state only to fire them in 2 months. His worst move for the culture however was creating a glorified leadership position and hiring somebody who was the complete opposite of what he wanted his company to embody. 5 sales people were fired that first week. As of June it's down from 13 to 2 sales reps because nobody wants to work under the leadership. The culture is destroyed. Sales wasn't the only position to take a hit. About 6 employees in Sales, Operations and Developers were laid off again in January less than a month after the first layoffs. The CEO hid in his office as everyone was told they were being let go. Again the CEO held a meeting afterwards and talked about "A-team players", but at this point people weren't believing in him. The trust was gone. If you do choose to work for this company, know that your job is never safe and leadership doesn't have any investment in you. They recruited people from all over. Some left jobs with ten years tenure and then were laid off 6 weeks in. They did this to a lot of people. The worst treatment however was to the most respected guy in the company who worked 12-16 hour days for months as they built up the company. Once the company was on good footing, they demoted his position. Then just recently they moved him out of his office and now make him sit at the operations desks. If a CEO can do that to his best and most loyal employee, then what do you think can happen to you? Take the job only if you're desperate, but do not let them recruit you from your current job. There will be a much better stepping stone than Airspace if you just say NO!
