Pros

Airspace Technologies really values their employees and input. There is a great culture and the CEO/Executives are very approachable and open to new ideas. There are monthly meetings where the whole company can ask the CEO questions, there are also monthly meetings where the whole company is updated on whats new and how well we are tracking towards our goals so there is full transparency from top down. The office is beautiful and very open/collaborative. There are also great benefits like company outings, paid gym memberships, and a really nice kitchen with food for employees.

I am surrounded by hard-working, driven and innovative people. Coming to work is exciting because I know we love working together to solve difficult problems and make our customers happy.

Cons

There is nothing I can say is downside of working at Airspace. Compared to prior work environments, Airspace is the best I have experienced yet.

Pros

Airspace HQ are awesome! The open concept space encourages teams to collaborate and keep an open line of communication. Having operations, developers, finance, HR, and admin all under one roof make the flow of information that much easier. The hardworking team behind Airspace is the cherry on top. Each of the team members are dedicated to their work and always striving to improve. The people and office space make the commute well worth it!
