Pros

The biggest pro is working for a company that is truly making an impact and saving lives. The fun and friendly staff, delicious catered lunches 2x a week, unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, and cute dogs running around aren't so bad either. Management is really open and willing to listen. One of our core values is "One Team" and it shows. There are tons of opportunities for growth from within.

Cons

We are growing so quickly that the office is shifting around a bit. Overall, pretty good problem to have.

Less than minimum wage

Pros

Absolutely none unless you need experience recognizing what a scam is.

Cons

You end up making minimum wage of less when you include all your expenses. About 5 hours of TSA certification all done on your own time, no pay. Hilariously incompetent home office staff that make no secret that they have zero respect for drivers.

Pros

-unlimited paid time off -reasonable hours -cool office

Cons

-marketing department not appreciated -marketing department blamed for sales issues -was told to work from home but then was told I did not deserve a raise because I had no office visibility
