Cons

The fast pace, ambiguity and unpredictability that comes with any high growth startup may not be for everyone.

People here are skilled and professional. The management team and founders are quite hard working and take everything serious. 5. There is not a perfect company in the world which can meet everyone's need. A company is not a charity and it need to keep competitive and aggressive. Airwallex will never be a perfect company or which can offer staff a comfortable job experience. But it is a company with ambitious people and great future with amazing growth.
