      I joined this company because I saw it as one of the few fintechs that are solving a global problem with global ambitions. I've been around for 1.5 years and I can see the company attracting better and better top-notch talent. I also find the day-to-day work dynamic and challenging, and I feel that I am given the right level of autonomy and guidance to go ahead and execute. My teammates are fun to work with and dedicated to what they do, and it makes a big difference to my happiness at work.

      Clean product and user friendly API coding compared to competition

      Cons

      The company is heavily plagued with politics and there are some pretty serious loopholes in compliance. The CEO and senior management has no respect to their employees and lacks the experience to manage a company with presence outside China resulting in an extremely toxic working environment.
