Business Outlook
Pros
Global company that is constantly expanding with great culture and attentive management. Super-professional people. Aiming at a 2026 IPO. Compensation is very competitive, I almost doubled my TC from my last company. Sales targets are very reasonable and gradual. It feels that the company wants to help sales reps succeed. Hybrid model. Internal mobility. Transparent hiring proccess throughout and an overall good experience.
Cons
Not many perks. It seems like company's strategy is to attract talent with very high pay but saves on office luxuries and perks (personally I'm all for the trade-off). 70% cliff for compensation which is steep (although in my experience most reps achieve it). Commision is mostly capped, although pretty high.
