No cons really, but as anyone can understand in a new fast growing company you should put some extra effort from times to times, but nothing that is obligatory. It's always up to your ambitions and how much you want to proceed and learn new things.

The company is remote, and you can save a good amount of money They provide a housework station set-up cost as well

Cons

If you are not part of the US team, then you might feel left out, as all the decision-making drives from the US You need to work late at night in India, as the majority of the team members will work from the US location The company was acquired by Automation Anywhere recently, so there is no clarity from the leadership team on how and what the planning is moving forward. Indian employees are left out of many events

Aisera is a great place to work, offering a dynamic AI-driven environment and the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues. During my time here, I have learned a lot and significantly grown my skills in Generative AI, as well as in supporting and working with GenAI products. The management team is approachable and always open to listening to key issues, using feedback to continuously improve the product and overall work experience.

Cons

Over all product is Good and very helpful to customers however since AI is evolving day by day, Product is improving alot and its getting slowly hardening and stabilised
